Rolling into Autumn…

With the end of the school holidays closing in, the start of the new school term on the horizon and the nights beginning to get shorter it’s a sure sign that Autumn is on its way and summer is definitely over!! (Not that we really had one)

It’s an exciting season! I LOVE Autumn, the change in the colours, the brisk walks with crunching leaves, cosy nights in, big jumpers and not to mention FOOD!!

The change in the season is just the excuse someone needs to create new and exciting foods. Or an excuse to eat more comfort food, in our case it’s both and its in the form of cake!

It could be as simple as a twist on a classic, or a themed autumn treat either way we’re eating it! (Strictly for quality control purposes only!!)

Keep an eye on our social media accounts for Halloween and bonfire night treats, as well as our seasonal bakes that will be popping up in our mix boxes! (The apple and caramel cakes are immense by the way; fat club has defiantly gone out the window…again!)
